A lonely one man guitar entertaining people by the roadside in the city of Nairobi. 

Artist: Chain Muhandi

Chain Muhandi was born in Ngecha village, LIMURU Kiambu County in 1957. He started as a street Batik artist and was mentored by Ruth shaffner of gallery watatu where he participated in various exhibitions and workshops. 
In1995, Chain became a founder member of the Ngecha Artists Association together with Wanyu Brush, Sane Wadu, King Dodge and Meek Gichugu. He also joined Kuona Trust briefly but currently exhibits at Ngecha Art Centre. 
He has had three extended art residencies in Germany and has exhibited all over Europe, Asia and the USA as well as all around Nairobi and his Hometown.
