Purple Rain:
A long time dream of mine has been to visit Lofoten in Norway. On the summer of 2020, that dream came true. I packed up the car. Loaded my bike on the roof and went on adventure of alifetime. The drive from my home to this destination took approximately 30 hours. This picture was taken shortly after I arrived. What was so special about this moment was that it was raining. It was raining where I stood. It was raining out at sea. But where the sun was setting the rain was held at bay so that I could get a glimpse of this majestic display. The light it created together with the rain, made for this absolutely stunning photo with soft colors of purple. I think the rain filtered the rays from the sun in away that created this purple surreal moment. I felt that this place welcomed me.
